Morning Glorie is a unit of a private limited company called ForeC Educare Private Limited, incorporated in Delhi, with the main object of providing care and education to young children. The management team comprises a group of women with the common goal of advancing good quality child care and education.
Pooja Chandra: MBA (Finance and Marketing) from XLRI, Jamshedpur (2007-09). Had corporate experience of 18 months before identifying this field as one with tremendous potential and starting this company. Will be responsible for handling Finance and Marketing functions in addition to the overall operations of the company.
Neena Chandra: Economics from Delhi University (1982-85). Educationist and a mother of 2 children. She understands the necessary skill and mind set which a parent expects in someone who takes care of her child. A people’s person, she will be the face of the company and in charge of human resources, ensuring that the right set of people are recruited.
Shalu Gupta: Master’s in Psychology, educationist and mother, she will be responsible for the development of the curriculum along lines which will be best able to tap the potential of each child, in addition to understanding their training and academic and emotional development at such a tender age.
Sunetra Chaudhuri: A career teacher of young children, and a mother. She is the driving force behind the curriculum of the pre-schoolers, and will also be responsible for teacher training.
In addition to the above, Dr. Nishchint Warikoo, an experienced and accomplished psychiatrist based out of UK is the counsellor and advisor to the panel.
